Things change after you submit a response — a deployment runs longer than expected, a detail was entered wrong, or your team wraps up in one place and redeploys somewhere else. This is how you keep every disaster response or rebuild project accurate as that happens, without ever starting over from scratch.
- Go to My Responses.
- Find the response or rebuild project you want to change, and click its actions menu (the ⋮ icon on the response card).
- Choose the action you need:
- Edit Details — opens a dialog to update the response's information directly (the disaster it's linked to, and other details).
- Change End Date — quickly update just the end date for the deployment.
- Close Response — mark the response as completed.
- Close & Redeploy — close this response and start a new one based on it, for example if your team is standing down and then redeploying elsewhere.
- Duplicate Response — creates a new response pre-filled with this one's details, useful if you're submitting something similar again.
- Make your changes and confirm.
If you need to correct information that was submitted incorrectly, Edit Details is the option to use.
