U.S.-Israel–Iran Conflict February 2026
A fast-moving escalation of hostilities involving the United States, Israel, and Iran is impacting countries across the Middle East. Civilians are facing repeated air raid alerts, missile/drone strikes, injuries and loss of life, disruptions to air travel and daily commerce, and rising strain on already-fragile health and emergency systems.
Beyond the immediate physical danger, families are also navigating information and security risks: unreliable social media claims, manipulated media, and rapidly changing safety guidance can put people in harm’s way. Communications disruptions and heightened cyber activity have been publicly noted alongside the conflict, increasing the importance of verifying updates through trusted sources and maintaining basic digital safety practices.
Organizations are mobilizing to support people caught in the middle—focused on urgent needs like medical support, safe shelter, food and water access, protection for children, and help for displaced families.
Operation Blessing has also stated it is mobilizing resources and staff in the region to assist affected families.

As conflict and regional tensions escalate, our focus is on providing both humanitarian aid and spiritual care throughout the Middle East, including support for Foursquare leaders, churches, and members who live in and are actively serving their neighbors in impacted regions. Our team remains closely connected with Foursquare workers and local church networks on the ground to deliver immediate relief where it is needed most across several nations, while also establishing pathways for ongoing care as this crisis continues. Operation Blessing
While it is not safe to send teams directly into Iran, we are positioning staff and resources in surrounding nations, ready to assist refugees fleeing the conflict. Just as we did during the war in Ukraine, we are preparing to provide emergency food, clean water, critical supplies, and spiritual encouragement at the borders.
