At least 60 Kansas City, Kansas homes are reported to need major repair, while approximately 3,500 homes require licensed electrical repairs before power can be safely restored; Kansas Governor Laura Kelly declared a <strong>state of disaster emergency for Wyandotte County on August 21</strong>.
